Datanamics is a 28 year-old company that brings cutting edge technology to our services in the continuing medical education (CME) arena. Datanamics' staff is experienced in providing program design, management, logistics, and technical support to fit the needs of the organization or institution. We ensure that the educational programs are compliant and developed to be CME-accredited. We maintain a database tracking system of all program activities that is accessible in real-time to participants and sponsors.
Datanamics' post conference activities include statistical analysis of attendee surveys and final reports including future year financial projections.
To manage and produce Medical Education Programs, we will:
Solicit faculty, attendees, presenters, sponsors
Manage Pre-conference Registration using web link and mailed registration forms
Design and produce preliminary programs, announcements, advertisements, press releases
Collect abstracts, papers and biographies and publish proceedings in hard copy/electronically
Negotiate copyright releases with authors
Design logo being used for conferences
Develop and negotiate contracts with the corporate exhibitors
Budget and manage all services including trade show supply companies for signage, drapeage, drayage, booths and skirted tables, etc. Arrange for site security of equipment, receipts, exhibits.
Coordinate and negotiate budget for gifts, tote bags, pens, and other give-aways from specialty items houses
Coordinate and manage luncheons, breakfasts, receptions
Put together advertising and press kits, and area information/registration packets
Liaise with international media
Solicit keynote and invited speakers
Manage all audio visual/show presentations
Manage focus groups
Provide on site registration services
Provide statistical reports and post conference summaries
Provide firewall and security for the website
Develop technical manuals and training guides for users and trainers
Prepare curriculums and agendas for classes
Provide arrangements for equipment, supplies and coordination of technical personnel attending classes
Coordinate travel arrangements
Perform site location evaluations, recommendations and selections
Maintain a support log of system problems, solutions, and upgrades
Assist in editing, writing, and design of publications, including proceedings
Bring proceedings and other publications to market and assign ISBN
Provide audio-visual equipment, tape meetings, provide transcription services for plenary and break outs
Ensure timely dissemination of reports and transcripts of plenary sessions to participating agencies
